Randy Nead attended the United States Military Academy but finished at Excelsior University in Albany with a degree in Business Management. He continued his education at Excelsior University and completed his MBA with a concentration in Human Resources in July of 2023. He has since taken on a more prominent role in the firm. He manages most operations and marketing for the company as well as completes bookkeeping and 401k management.

Randy has a passion for learning, and in his off time, he enjoys tennis, hiking, and relaxing meditation.
